Quite good results of today exercise, some important points:
1. Always use “Archimedes theory” in every movement yet, gradually becoming smoother and smoother so it becomes internal circular movement that can not bee seen by opponents.
2. Always use mind not brute force
3.Move from ” big ballon” to very tiny one and vice versa. This can be done by yielding to any outside force as well as by relaxing (sung) all parts of body.
