- Eat healthy. Eat a balanced diet, complete with karbohirat, good fats, protein, vitamins, minenal, and fiber. Expand to eat fruit and vegetables.
- There are to be avoided. Avoid foods containing high sugar, fried foods, and egg yolks as they contain bad fats. Shrimp, squid, mussels, crabs, viscera, brain and liver that contain high cholesterol, red meat is better avoided. Expand to eat fish and
chicken without skin.
- Serves enough. Do not “hungry eyes” to see a lot of snacks before buka puasa. Or “revenge” with too much to eat when breaking the fast. Fasting means to refrain from all lust.
- To diet. Ideally, the weight will come down fast after 1-2 kg. At a minimum, for owners of ideal body weight will be the same weight. Even for the overweight, after fasting should be dropped to 3 kg.
- Permanent sports. Do a little exercise, which are maintenance, 1 to 1.5 hours before breaking fast for a maximum of 30 minutes.
- Forwarded. The function of fasting as a detox will be more afdol if applied in daily life. For example, fasting once or twice a week.
