The Best Birthday Gift Ever !

During several day break in the beautiful island of the gods, I realized that the best birthday gift that I bought for my self is the book from Deepak Chopra : The Ultimate Happiness Prescriptions. At first, I was sceptical about the book as the title is so bombastic : ULTIMATE !!
I read page by page.. then I must admit Deepak really effectively addresses the issue. He acknowledges that the “know how” comes from Vedic and Buddhists’ traditions, not the knowledge he created himself. But the key is his crystal clear explanation that really makes the problems clear.
If you want to buy some thing for your self, I suggest that you buy this book. Or if you think you do not want to waste money on “only’ another BS book… just stay tune. I will share with you bit by bit on what he writes.
