It’s my life ( slow version) compared to Tai Chi

Found the slow version of It’s my life this morning. I found that there is a similarity of the slow version with Tai Chi movements . If you compare the slow version and the original one, the slow one still has the intensity of the song!.


In doing Tai Chi movements that looks slow, yet the movements hide very high intensity energy that can explode any time as needed.

While with the slow relax movements, a practitioner can gain the benefits of meditation ( as it is a walking meditation), as well to get chi and distribute chi to the whole body.
