Increasing Your Energy by “Basic” Chakra Meditation

One interesting status from one of my friends @ FB is: You are a magnet, you can attract things and people.:).. That can be true if you have enough ENERGY.:):).. The fact is :If you have low energy level you are just a weak magnet that can attract sand and other dirts :)



One of the exercises that can increase your inner energy effectively is Chakra meditation.

As mentioned on the last two blogs : Simple Breathing Meditation and Understanding the chakra, now let’s combine the two things.

1. Sit with your spine erect ( or you can choose any position that make you feel relax)
2. Start with the root chakra, use your creative visualization and and draw a white light come through your Crown chakra penetrates your body and hit the root chakra while you inhale. Then hold your breadth for the same lenght ( for example 8 seconds). Then exhale with the same length of time ( again for example 8 seconds) while visualizing negative energy goes out from your body and grounded to earth.
3. Keep on doing this to the other chakras.

These steps just very basic ( there are some more advance ways of doing Chakra Meditation), just try the basic one and feel the difference of the energy level you can have. Only if you already have enough high energy level, can you be a MAGNET :)
